Drain Refrigerant and store until spring.
Capp all lines
Remnoval of skirt mounted condenser
Condenser fans are cleaned, oiled and sealed for winter storage

Spring
Condenser and fans are re-installed
The saved refrigerant is re-installed
The system is pressure tested and checked for leaks
