Proper maintenance is a must!
Not only will proper maintenance save your plow and vehicle, if your plow is under warranty and you fail to properly maintain it, your warranty may be voided. Water in your oil, which occurs through heating and cooling of pumps produces moisture, as well as from loose seals and ram packings, will freeze solenoids and plug your filter. It can reach temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit at the front of the plow while driving down the road. Avoid costly service calls and lost revenue!
